Craig is the most hardworking, diligent leader I have had the privilege to work for in my career. It was thanks to his work ethic and dedication to the outcomes that he has built a successful strategic framework to help more people from underrepresented backgrounds into gainful IT careers. 

I had the opportunity to work with Craig while he was responsible for the IT strategy and operations of GE Lighting's Supply Chain. In that role, he was responsible for a global team of individuals who he coached and mentored very well during a dynamic period for the business.

His commitment to do what was right for the business and holding himself and his team accountable for commitments was admirable. He is an action-oriented, results driven leader who uses metrics and data to solve problem. 

Craig and I were colleagues when we both worked at GE Lighting. I often sought his advice and counsel when working on business problems because of his critical thinking skills and problem solving ability. Craig was masterful at leading teams across multiple disciplines. He was able to formulate business strategies and then translate strategy into executable tactics that enabled his teams to achieve strong business results. Craig was also a role model and mentor to recent college graduates accepted into GE's Information Management Leadership program. He is an excellent presenter and commands the attention of his audience.
Finally, Craig should be commended for his commitment to helping students from less fortunate circumstances envision a brighter future
